The Polaris Story
Polaris Associates was named after the North Star, one of the
brightest stars in the sky. Because it is so constant, for centuries
Polaris was used by navigators to find their way across the globe. While
we still use the Polaris star to find our way across the outward geography, we
also need our own constant inner stars to pilot our way across the inner
landscape of our life. Stories provide those constant inner stars that
guide our journey. convey our authenticity, make a difference, and allow us to
pass our wisdom and lessons learned on to others. The stories we tell then
